My opinion about the news

 To me, Japanese companies should bring in "Unlimited Vacation Time." Japanese Employees tend to work too hard. Many people died from overwork at some stage. Working hard is very good as worker, but is bad for health. In recent days, there are some companies that allow employees not to come to corporation and to work at home. Doing work at home may help employees because they can be relaxed. The idea that doesn't be come to at office will be come to at home. But in my opinion, communication between colleague is important. Working with colleague is much better than working alone at home. Sharing idea with colleague may make your idea more polished. So, I suggest to work at office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week. Employees can take an advantage of both good points. But, at first time I read the article written "One start-up actually gives workers $7,500 to take vacation ", I can't believe. Why can we earn money even though we have rest. This is my first question for this article. In school, teachers scold us when we have an absence a school. This question  will happen because I  am getting used to my custom of school. Due to school, we come to think that having absence something is wrong thing. So everyone try not to have absence their work when they become adult. But in society, having absence is good sometimes. Working in spite of a cold will break your body and make your work worse. You should prioritize your health than your work. But there are some jobs that employees can't have a rest. My dream job teacher is one of it. Teacher is the job to educate children. Teacher has to be at school most time of a day. There are many function to do. For example, teaching a lesson, coaching a club, writing many documents and giving  guidance to pupils. Writing many documents takes time too much. I learned in university's lesson that Japanese teacher takes more time to writing documents than to come in  contact with children. From my view of things, school officials should make documents more easy to write. Thanks to it, we can use more time for children and finish our work quickly. What I want to say is that there are many time-consuming tasks in society. If we could reduce it, we would be able to have leeway. This may not be impossible because we can produce useful machine. I hope the future that we can finish office work by using machine.
