My thought on Miyamoto Eriana

I was really proud of her achievement at the first time I knew about her. I am double as same as her. I can agree with her thought partly, but I can’t accept all of her. Some questions had caused since I started searching her over the Internet. In my opinion, she talks about discrimination too much. Discrimination is what should not be allowed. In fact, I have experienced treatments like discrimination. It never made me feel good. But there is what I can say from my experience. Discriminators are often young children such as elementary school children. Japanese adults don’t discriminate against people have different bloods. I may be able to say such things because I have been surrounded by good people. The memory of discrimination will be unforgettable, but I think she has to accept it. We can’t figure out the problem on discrimination unless stopping to criticize it. Also, she praises the athletes have same color of skin with her, Okoe Rui and Abdul Hakim Sani Brown. They must have experienced the same treatment as her. So, being praised specially is natural. But she makes an exception favor of them too much. I think they want to be treat as usual. “Please don’t make an exception favor of people like you. It is a kind of the discriminations.” This is my message for her.
“What do you want?” I want to throw this question to her. She criticizes Japan about discrimination in most of the news I read over the Internet. She doesn’t suggest solution proposal. She has to provide a specific idea for the problem. Discrimination is age-old problem. Many people had stood out in opposition to it, but it is not gone completely. So, she should try to do something special rather than criticism. People will be likely to agree with positive approach, not do with negative approach like criticism. I am expecting her to start a movement in order to make equal treatment comes true.
There is a worrying factor. It is about her troubled past. She smoked when she was teenager. I am not dismissing her life or her character. It is freedom of her to do what she wants. I also received her unfortunate childhood that her parents divorced. There may be some reasons to make her smoke. So, I can understand why she worked in a club. But, I can't understand why she were elected as Representative of Miss Japan. Is she right perons for Representative of Miss Japan? In my opinion, the person tha had spent a healthy life should be elected. She would have made a great effort, but the one had made an effor from the beging ought to be elected. Therefore, I don't agree with her elected as Representative of Miss Japan.

My opinion about the news

To me, Japanese companies should bring in "Unlimited Vacation Time." Japanese Employees tend to work too hard. Many people died from overwork at some stage. Working hard is very good as worker, but is bad for health. In recent days, there are some companies that allow employees not to come to corporation and to work at home. Doing work at home may help employees because they can be relaxed. The idea that doesn't be come to at office will be come to at home. But in my opinion, communication between colleague is important. Working with colleague is much better than working alone at home. Sharing idea with colleague may make your idea more polished. So, I suggest to work at office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week. Employees can take an advantage of both good points. But, at first time I read the article written "One start-up actually gives workers $7,500 to take vacation ", I can't believe. Why can we earn money even though we have rest. This is my first question for this article. In school, teachers scold us when we have an absence a school. This question  will happen because I  am getting used to my custom of school. Due to school, we come to think that having absence something is wrong thing. So everyone try not to have absence their work when they become adult. But in society, having absence is good sometimes. Working in spite of a cold will break your body and make your work worse. You should prioritize your health than your work. But there are some jobs that employees can't have a rest. My dream job teacher is one of it. Teacher is the job to educate children. Teacher has to be at school most time of a day. There are many function to do. For example, teaching a lesson, coaching a club, writing many documents and giving  guidance to pupils. Writing many documents takes time too much. I learned in university's lesson that Japanese teacher takes more time to writing documents than to come in  contact with children. From my view of things, school officials should make documents more easy to write. Thanks to it, we can use more time for children and finish our work quickly. What I want to say is that there are many time-consuming tasks in society. If we could reduce it, we would be able to have leeway. This may not be impossible because we can produce useful machine. I hope the future that we can finish office work by using machine.

What do I do to keep things whole?

To me, there are many things that have possibility to break our daily life. Some can be stopped, but other can not. Being run away by car, killed by psychopaths, killed in an earthquake and so on. This is what we can't stop. Saying horrible things to your parents, driving a car under the influence of alcohol, bullying someone and so on. This is what we can stop. We know these are very dangerous, but we think it will be all right or problems will not happen. The feeling to feel like that is not good for people and should be gotten rid of from the mind. Because of this feeling, I suffered. In September of last year, I injured near my right shin because of my carelessness. That time, I was going down a steep downhill by bike. Moved by interest, I tried to complete the downhill without brakes. I at that time was full of confidence and believed that I can do anything. That was stupid thought. My bike drove faster than I have expected and I was not able to endure the speed and fell down. I lost my skin of shin of the size same as 10 yen coin. The injury made me aware of my foolishness. Every time I see my wound, I can change my lazy mind. I hope not do the same thing again. And from now, I try to become careful for small things that can become a big problem.
